Hello, I’m so glad you’re here!
I earned a BA in Studio Art, with an emphasis on drawing and printmaking, in 2014. After college I took a brief pause from art in the early years are motherhood. I picked up a pen and started drawing plants in 2015 and haven’t stopped yet! Walking out in nature with my children allowed for me to slow down and notice the intricacies of veining in a single leaf, the beauty in the way a snail makes its way across the ground, and the joy that is found in those small wonders. I hope to bring that joy and connection with nature to others through my art. Each drawing, created by hand in my home studio, is made up of many layered lines and marks with a fine tipped pen.
When not at my desk, you can most often find me out on a trail or by the beach.
